My Story
Dr. Loay Damer
I have been fortunate enough to have more than 20 years of multinational corporate experience, which has given me a breadth of corporate knowledge as well as an extensive understanding of the corporate language. In addition to holding a Doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis on Talent Management, and a Master in Business Administration in Knowledge Management, I am an ICF certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Through my experience, I have encountered many challenges and understand some of the common struggles people feel today as they attempt to evolve their careers and grow their personal and professional aspirations.
